South can ruff three clubs, but he needs yet another trick.  Winning the diamond lead with the king, he advances the CK!  That is covered and ruffed.  Four similar coups follow:  HK, CJ, HJ, C9, all covered and ruffed.  Declarer now finesses in spades and draws two more trumps to this position:

The S2 is led for a double squeeze, which would not have worked without transferring the heart guard to west and the club guard to east.
